Research on Signal Processing Technology of Fiber-optic Hydrogen Sensors Based on DSP

Energy is an important driving force for the development of the world , and hydrogen by various national attention as a new , efficient and clean energy , how to safely use hydrogen as an important issue was placed in front of everyone . The accurate detection of hydrogen relationship to the safety of the use of hydrogen . In view of this , the project studied the digital signal processing unit of the fiber-optic sensor system , dedicated to the development of a DSP-based processor simple , fast fiber hydrogen detection system and can adapt to a variety of environments . Digital signal processing is the use of a computer or a dedicated processing device , filtering the signal to a numerical calculation method , conversion, compression, recognition, enhancement processing in order to achieve the extraction of useful information , and ease of application purposes . With the rapid development of computer and information science , digital signal processing theory and techniques become more sophisticated, has been widely used in various fields . In this thesis, on the basis of extensive reading and understanding of the relevant literature , combined with the weak signal digital processing , analysis of the hydrogen detection difficult , demonstrated the feasibility of hydrogen weak signal detection . Full use of the advantages of digital signal processing , the DSP processor is introduced into the optical fiber the hydrogen sensor detects . In signal processing system , TMS320F2812 DSP chip as the core , the design and development of digital signal processing peripheral circuits . TI's software development platform CCS as the theoretical basis of weak signal detection , digital filter , digital lock-in amplifier technology , and eventually achieve a stable performance of the light source drive unit as well as fiber optic hydrogen signal detection system . Finally, based on the above discussions and studies , developed a DSP-based digital signal processing unit , and a hydrogen gas sensor is carried out in the laboratory existing platform support detection experiments . The experimental results show that the developed DSP processor core signal processing system in signal analysis , processing a lot of advantages and broad application prospects .
