With the economic and social development , enterprises face increasingly complex internal and external environment , the market competition is becoming more intense . How to best meet customer needs, improve product quality can be the key to winning the competition . Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a systematic method that can be the customer's ideas into products, services, design, manufacturing and production processes . It does this by using a two -dimensional matrix technology transfer , the customer needs to start in order to ensure the quality of products and services , in order to meet customer needs and bring customer satisfaction. The topics to mechanical gearbox commonly used in industry as a research object , the quality function deployment used gearbox product development process . First, the basic concepts and QFD steps are described in detail , discuss the core QFD - House of Quality (HOQ) the basic structure , and the specific implementation of QFD and quantification methods for the preliminary study . Then, using two kinds of verbal inquiries and questionnaires survey conducted gearbox user needs information collection and use AHP for collecting user requirements are analyzed and collate information obtained gearbox user needs and the different tree weights of user needs . With QFD2000 established Gearbox Software product planning house of quality , complete gearbox housing quality , and quality of information inside the input data processing work -related projects , access to the users' needs and quality characteristics of the relationship matrix , the quality characteristics of the autocorrelation matrix , and conducted a user needs gearbox competitive assessment and quality characteristics of competitive evaluation . Gearbox has been established based on product planning house of quality information, application quality characteristics parallel optimization technology to build a quality characteristic of gearbox parallel optimization model, using C language program simplex method for solving model is solved to determine the gear box quality characteristics of each target improvement rate . Finally, the quality characteristics of the target gear box to improve the rate guidance , initial attempt gearbox parts planning , process planning and quality control programs . Thus , exploring the QFD method in the application development process gearbox effective way to satisfy the needs of customers while ensuring product quality to provide a scientific method .
