Today’s society, market competition is ultimately talent competition. Enterprises stand out in the fierce market competition, mainly depends on the brand and talent strengths. Technological innovation talent is the mainstay of technological innovation, is the source and power to ensure that companies can continue to carry on technological innovation.Technical innovation talent training is of great significance for the development of enterprises. At present, technological innovation and technological innovation talent, especially high-quality personnel, relative to the market demand for innovative talents, is still much to be desired. To accelerate technological innovation talent training is currently an important element to create an innovative country, but also is an important topic of science and technology philosophy. The article is a response for the current situation and opportunities that technological innovation and talent training facing, but also is the interpretation of the people-oriented concept of talent.From the perspective of science and technology philosophy, the author uses philosophical thinking and methods, sorts out and integrates theoretical results, defines the concept of technology innovation talent, takes the specific case for example, analyses the situation, problems and causes of technological innovation talent training. From the position of technological innovation talent in the enterprise, explores a feasible path of technological innovation talent training.The Paper is divided into four chapters. Chapter I introduction, makes a brief statement for the background of the topics, purpose and methods of research, meaning of research; Chapter II makes the inspection and integration for the currently available theoretical studies, sorts out and integrates the theory and characteristics of technological innovation, defines technological innovation talent,and reveals the nature and characteristics of technological innovation talent; ChapterⅢtakes the successful private enterprise in Kunming, Yunnan Province-Watson biotechnology Co., Ltd. as a case, analysis the situation and problems of technological innovation talent, and the internal and external reasons; ChapterⅣfrom the position of technological innovation talent in the enterprise, based on the philosophy value theory and the theory of human needs, using dialectical thinking, explores the growth of talent rules, culture conditions and a feasible path for technological innovation talent, to achieve the freedom comprehensive development of human.The author tries to solve the issue as a whole--what is technology innovation talent, why should train technical innovation talent, how to train technical innovation talent, based on sorting out the existing theories of innovation talent training, from the perspective of science and technology philosophy, enrich and develop the theoretical research of technology innovation talent training in the content.
