The demographic structure of society has developed to the aging stage , the personal safety of elderly social development must face the important issue . Which is the most serious damage caused by the event fell to the ground after he lost his balance , in addition to the harm caused by a fall , can not get timely relief will induce its own potential disease or is likely to suffer more damage in harsh environments ( such as a cold weather environment ) . Of the subject based on the embedded technology to achieve a portable balance of the human body monitoring system , the acceleration signal of each axis direction in three - dimensional space using an acceleration sensor to capture the human body , and then converted into digital signals , and uses the threshold judgment based on the characteristic value of the acceleration , if exceeded threshold on suspect this body lost balance , and then on body posture conduct analysis to confirm the current body fell to the ground and not be able to rely on its own strength re standing up and restore the balance , the use of GPS systems to obtain the current location and time information , and fill these information in a text message using GPRS module to send out . Acceleration sensor module used in the system , the microprocessor module, GPS module , GPRS module hardware system , the circuit board embedded Linux system migration , acceleration sensors driver design under the Linux system , GPS data parser the design the GPRS communication control program design , simple human gesture determining program design based on the the acceleration threshold determination algorithm programming . System design of this project can provide protection for the elderly personal safety activities alone , so that it can be assured that the daily outdoor activities , improve the quality of life , reduce the pressure on family .
