The Research on Sandbody Spreading and Reservoir Characteristics of the Chang 10 Reservoir in Gao 52 Region of Ansai Oilfield

The depositional systems and sandbody spreading, rock characteristics and reservoir heterogeneity of the chang 10 Members of Yanchang Formation, Upper Triassic in Gao 52 region of Ansai oilfield in Ordos basin are discussed, and integrately classified and estimated of reservoir are revealed in this paper, based on observation and description of 13 cores, analysis of drilling and logging data. Many laboratory analysis and research methods such as the observation and identification of petrographic thin section under the petrographic microscope,SEM,fractional analysis, cathodoluminescence,and many new theries and technological method related to sedimentology, petrology,geophysical logging and geology of petroleum are used in this paper.According to the previous analysis and research on sedimentary system and the sedimentary facies of the Chang 10 Reservoir, the anastomosed stream deposition is the main deposition environment in this area. And the comprehensive analysis of core phase and log phase indicated that the types of sedmentary microfacies are distributary channel, channel bar, abandoned channel, channel depressions, flood plains, natural levee and crevasse splay, and distributary channel which is the main reservoir sand body. Based on the classification of sand body in the research area, the study on the rule of sandstone spreading and the study on the typical profile of sand body,a in-depth study on sandbody is made from the plane and the vertical right,and the impact to reservoir of sandbody is disussed in this paper.Chose the ratio of sand and ground, effective thinkness, physical property, oil saturation and intergrately estimated and classified the the reservoir by using methods of clustering analysis in the studying area. It also predicted the favorable reservoir position to be explored in this area. The results laid a solid foundation for reservoir geologic modeling, numerical value simulating in the late development phase of oil field, and provided a mass of essentical quantitative data and geological basis ,also play an important theoretics and practical role in the research of the prospected and exploitation of the Chang10 reservoir of the Yanchang formation in Gao 52 region of Ansai oilfield.
