In-depth study of various aspects of the social insurance law and the handling characteristics, and their social insurance records management and the relationship between work and influence. Formation of documentation and management features for professional file types into the premise and foundation, which directly determines the social insurance file collection, sorting and classification methods. Social insurance and effective records management workflow design principles that must be minimally invasive to the existing business records and business taking into account the effective and smooth interface, designed according to this principle, the integration mode file operations, covering file management All work areas, divided into three phases: collection of files, file management and file use.3. Analysis of the use of information technology means to achieve social insurance records management feasibility.
