Spectrometer is a precision mechanical and optical instruments is a very important part of it is also spectroscopy and spectroscopic detection technology is the most basic instrumentation. This topic spectral detection based on the experimental teaching requirements , in -depth analysis of the general structure and spectroscopy based on the principle , developed a practical CCD and photomultiplier tube (PMT) combined multifunctional grating spectrometer . Overall, the project's research work can be divided into two parts: the first part is the hardware circuit design and debugging , and the second part is the user interface for the preparation. Part I: design and development of a light source for spectral measurement system , the main content of deuterium lamps and tungsten halogen regulator modules. Describes a microcontroller-based linear array CCD and photomultiplier tube (PMT) high-speed data acquisition and real-time processing system . Which by the SCM system , high-speed A / D converter module , DMA control circuit and RAM memory , and the like . Using the DMA block transfer mode , using AD1674JN speed A / D converter to achieve a high-speed data acquisition. Detailed representation of the system works , the hardware circuit and control logic. While completing a linear array CCD (TCD1206SUP) pre- driver circuit and a signal processing circuit (CCD , and PMT). Part II : Using VB 6.0 language spectrometer designed and developed software, the main contents include: spectral curve measurement, data preservation, save the picture , the wavelength correction , wavelength calibration and other functions. The software has a good user interface, improved menus , fully functional, so easy to operate and simple. Spectrometer spectral range can be measured there are two kinds , CCD spectral detection range of 300nm ~ 600 nm, is incremented photomultiplier tube (PMT) detects the spectral range of 200 nm ~ 660 nm, the control system with the stepper motor and reducer , and combined with CT optical system outputs a pulse minimum theoretical 0.01 nm spectral shift can be sampled once , the resolution can reach 0.06 nm.
