Rotary pump is rotary positive displacement pump, it has a good self-priming capability and wide range of pumping medium viscosity. a new innovative patented rotary pumps(number:200910154895.3)- eccentric and squirmy rotary pump is proposed in this paper.According to its structure principle, analyzed the performance characteristics of the pump.maked the COSMOSMtion Virtual Prototype for the eccentric and squirmy model ; Meanwhile, applicated ANSYS software for finite element analysis of the most critical hydraulic pump parts - rotor. The date will be calculated for the pump design and key components strength and stiffness analysis of the provision of technical support. The job studing includes the main experiment:1. A compact, small size, light weight, portable and mobile single-rotor dual role new type eccentric rotary pump—ZP-1.5/1.0 eccentric and squirmy rotary pump is proposed in this paper. The results show that: the pump with the eccentric and squirmy inchworm mechanism, structural innovation, no dead volume of closed, stable and reliable.2. Performance computation method research. According to the structural characteristics of the pump described the working principle; established a simplified model for calculating the instantaneous flow rate, using mathematical analysis method to derived the average creep-flow equation and instantaneous flow equation of ZP-1.5/1.0 eccentric rotary pump, fit the instantaneous flow curve.3. Virtual prototype simulation analysis. With COSMOSMotion virtual prototype simulation software simulate the eccentric exercise inchworm mechanism to verify the kinematic feasibility of the movement by institutional rules and interaction between key components, provides reference basis for concept phase design of eccentric and squirmy rotary pump.4. Finite Element Analysis of the rotor. According to operational analysis of peristaltic rotary pump rotor eccentricity constraints, the combination of virtual prototype simulation data, application software, ANSYS finite element analysis conducted on the rotor strength, stiffness, mode of calculation, while the rotor stress - strain law, the inherent frequency, critical speed is analyzed.
