China has rich bamboo resources, a large number of bamboo leaves no reasonable development and utilization. Bamboo plant allelopathy research chemical use bamboo leaves to propose new ways to provide the basis for the development of new plant herbicide and comprehensive utilization of bamboo resources. The radish seedlings target plants evaluated allelopathic activity of 83 species of bamboo species of bamboo leaves, bamboo species of bamboo leaves six kinds of high activity dose-response relationship, and through the modern separation technology, combined with the biological activity tracking small Buddha belly bamboo bamboo leaves allelopathic active substances in the preliminary separation and determination of separation fraction allelopathic activity. The main findings are as follows: 1. Agar powder mixing method, 22 genera and 83 kinds of bamboo leaves of radish Raphanus sativus L. seedlings Allelopathy The results show that: the added concentration of 2g · L-1, the test bamboo The leaves of radish seedlings showed different degrees of inhibition, and the inhibition of root growth than on hypocotyl growth and fresh weight inhibition. Ilicifolius bamboo genus Phyllostachys, Tai Ming Bamboo is a Mu Bamboo genus, root length inhibition rate of more than 50% of the bamboo species, respectively, accounting for 70.83%, 71.43%, 62.50%, 85.71%; genus other bamboo 30 kinds of bamboo leaves, 73.33% of the bamboo species radish root length inhibition rate of more than 50%. Dan Zhu, bamboo, the filial bamboo, Yixing Nigatake, leaves Nigatake, Sweet Dragon bamboo flooring bamboo and iron bamboo bamboo leaves significant inhibition of radish seedlings, radish root inhibition rate of more than 80%. Thus, the bamboo plants Allelopathy, bamboo is an important part of its allelochemicals storage. 2 the the filial bamboo, Yixing Nigatake, Danzhu, iron bamboo, sweet dragon bamboo, the Makino bamboo six kinds of bamboo leaves on Bermudagrass Cynodon dactylon creeping bentgrass Agrostis stolonifera, bluegrass of Poa annua, red clover Trifolium pratense and lettuce Lactuca stiva seedlings growth showed a strong dose-response relationship. Filial bamboo plants tested radicle EC50 in 1.0937g L-1 -3.6250 g · L-1, Yixing Pleioblastus EC50 of the tested plant radicle 2.7381g · L-1-5.9772g L- between a plant radicle Danzhu tested EC50 1.3975g · L-1-5.3336g · L-1 between iron bamboo plants tested radicle EC50 in 1.6306g · L-1-6.4083g · L-1, the the Sweet Dragon bamboo plants tested radicle EC50 0.9319g · L-1 -3.41988 · L-1 between the Makino bamboo plants tested radicle EC50 in 1.6142g · L-1 -3.8558g · L-1. Six kinds of bamboo leaves radicle growth of plants tested strong virulence, bamboo, radicle growth inhibition can result in damage to the root system, thereby affecting the growth of the whole plant. 3. Activity tracking method, the initial separation of the active ingredients of the allelopathic small Buddha belly bamboo bamboo leaves, found a better herbicidal activity of allelochemicals present in the ethyl acetate and n-butanol phase. The ethyl acetate phase column chromatographic separation and activity tracking, better activity lettuce and creeping bentgrass root length fraction F2-5. By gas chromatography - mass spectrometry detector to determine the six kinds of compounds in the parts of the stream, respectively, is 4 - vinyl - 2 - methoxyphenol, hydroxybenzaldehyde, 3 - hydroxy-4 - methoxy-benzoate, coniferyl alcohol, 3,5 - dimethoxy-4 - hydroxy benzoic acid and 3 - methoxy - 4 - hydroxy cinnamic acid. By the external standard method, the content of each compound were as follows: 0.84%, 0.66%, 2.88%, 2.25%, 2.92%, 3.21%. The compounds bioassay results showed that each compound alone act on the lettuce and creeping bentgrass no obvious activity. Therefore can be judged that the results of the ethyl acetate phase F2-5 of the active fraction is not these six kinds of compound alone, the active ingredient needs further research.
