Chaoyang Natural Gas Company was established by CNPC in 2011. It is the second gas company of CNPC in Liaoning province. How to take effective measures to develop Chaoyang gas market is the important step of CNPC gas business breaking through the barriers. Therefore, further study on the development strategy of Chaoyang Gas Company has important application value.Based on the development of China’s natural gas industry environment, market structure and competition situation, using strategic management, operation management, marketing management theory, this paper explores the company’s survival and development of internal and external environment, and gives the full strategic judgment of the company. This paper argues that the natural gas company is faced with natural gas industry developing fast historical opportunity as soon as possible, the company introduced modern enterprise mechanism, complete market transition, set up development strategy, optimize the structure of the organization, set up a company’s reputation, build scientific incentive and restraint mechanisms, and make the company grow up for the leading enterprises of the Chaoyang district in the energy industry.
