Under the background of new curriculum reform in ordinary high school, the start of information technology curriculum is a bright spot of this curriculum reform, which takes "each student’s full development" as its basic idea, emphasizes the expansibility function of the curriculum, and aims at cultivating information quality. The information technology course is a basic subject of strong utility, and strong utility and short renewal cycle are two features of information technology course. Based on the characteristics of cultivation of information quality and information technology course, combined with the practice of information technology course in high school, the study takes the assessment methods of high school information technology new curriculum as the main research object. Based on the the research of the theory basis, the program, the design, the implementation and the administration of the high school information technology new curriculum, and the problems in the traditional pure quantification assessment, the information technology curriculum assessment should adopt comprehensive assessment rather than simple tests. And the comprehensive assessment should embody the idea of developmental assessment and effectively improve the students’ information quality and development. The study explores and analyzes the implementation scheme which fits for the assessment methods of high school information technology new curriculum, which will promote the further research on the implementation of the assessment methods of high school information technology new curriculum.This research adopts the combined method of literature research and motion research. Through the literature research, based on the newest achievement of domestic and foreign information technology new curriculum, from multiple intelligence, constructionism, the innovation personnel training, post-modernism, developmental education view, process evaluation, and summary evaluation we find the supportive theory of the implementation of high school information technology new curriculum assessment method. And the comparison of the basic principle, content and goal of traditional and modern information technology curriculum provides the theoretical and the practical instruction for the formation of the implemental program of high school information technology new curriculum assessment method. The research is mainly promoted through literature research, i.e. confirming program, explaining program and implementing program.This research has some innovation points as follows:Firstly, the innovation of the design of the curriculum index system, which comprehensively embodies the advanced education idea, the education goal, the education content and the education assessment. And taking "High school Information technology New Curriculum Standard" as the basis, considering comprehensively the curriculum structure, being clear about the curriculum orientation, the basic idea of the curriculum, to raise student’s information quality and the innovation spirit specially, the information society humanities spirit and the information responsibility, and make the standard for the student which the lifelong study the platform designs.Secondly, the innovation in the design and the management of curriculum resources: the author innovates the integrated design of the management of curriculum resources and the evaluation management system, which effectively improve the fusion of teaching, study and evaluation, manifesting the characteristics of the process evaluation.Thirdly, the innovation in the build of the curriculum appraisal platform: Making good use of the record jacket appraisal and the online test system, acting on the basic idea of the procedure appraisal and the summary appraisal, feedbacking to the students’ exercise and the performance, promotes the students’ self-correction, the self-study.Fourthly, the innovation in the implementation program of the curriculum assessment method: The multi-dimensional assessment method has always been the most difficult point, the design of the procedural assessment method and the summary assessment method in this paper effectively promote the process of mutual assessment and guarantee the objectivity, the reliability and the viability of the assessment.This research is not necessarily the universally adoptive one. but it undoubtedly plays a role in directing the implementation of the assessment method of high school new curriculum. The effective implementation of the assessment method of high school new curriculum, boosts the quality of curriculum implementation, promotes the teachers’ professional accompliment and helps to raise the students’ information accompliment on one hand; it enriches the practical theories and curriculum resources and promotes the full development of the construction of the high school information technology on the other hand. Meanwhil, the research results in this paper can provide a reference to the the researches on the assessment methods and the implementationof the assessment methods in other displines. Moreover, it may help to promote thestart the reform of the high school information technology new curriculum in YunnanProvince.
