Objective: To study the joint clinical features of psoriasis. Methods: 30 patients with psoriatic arthritis patients clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: age of onset for this group of patients was 11-56 years old, the male: female ratio of 1:1. Lesions as the first 26 cases, accounting for 86.6%; lesions and joint symptoms appear 2 cases (6.7%); accounted for arthritis as the first two cases (6.7%). Vulgaris lesions type 27 cases, accounting for 90%; erythroderma type 2 cases, accounting for 6.7%; the pustular 1 cases, accounting for 3.3%. Arthritis classified as a remote means (toe) arthritis (12 cases), 40%; followed by symmetric polyarthritis 9 cases, accounting for 30%; asymmetry minority arthritis in 6 cases (20%) ; mutilated the arthritis type 1 cases, accounting for 3.3%; spinal joint lesion type 2 cases (6.7%). Joint abnormal changes in the X-ray examination of 17 cases (56.7%), the X-ray examination of the abnormal changes in joint space narrowing, osteoporosis, bone resorption and joint soft tissue swelling, unusual joint formation of bone spurs and joint mutilated damage and other changes. 12 cases of distal patients with arthritis (toe), 9 cases with A change such as A muddy, deck thickness, thimble-like changes on the surface. 5. The cold stasis were 15 cases, skin lesions effective in 3 cases, clinical cure 11 cases; joint symptoms invalid cases, effective in 12 cases, the clinical cure two cases. The blood hot air dry eight cases, skin lesions, 2 cases markedly, clinical cure six cases; joint symptoms markedly six cases, the clinical cure two cases. Toxic heat flaming three cases, skin lesions clinical cure three cases; joint symptoms markedly two cases, and 1 case. Liver and kidney deficiency cases, skin symptoms of clinical cure; the joint symptoms clinical invalid. Conclusion: 1. Psoriatic arthritis syndrome differentiation typing mostly to cold resistance network card. 2. Various types of psoriasis skin lesions can be associated with arthritis lesions distal interphalangeal joints (toe) A lesion was distal (toe) the main features of the type of arthritis. 3.PsA treatment needs more than long-term medication, Chinese medicine combined with western medicine, such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, methotrexate, small doses of glucocorticoids, and compound glycyrrhizin injection combined to obtain better results . Treatment plan, should take full account of the patient's clinical type, severity, efficacy / price ratio, adverse drug reactions, and many other factors.
