Since the birth of mankind, this problem of human nature in the world to form a very important issue. At all times, whether philosophers, scientists, religious believers, and so this has a different point of view, some of which have some influence, but some were forgotten. In the history of Western philosophy, Thomas Hobbes, based on the concept of humanity and State, on many occasions be applauded or refuted. In the history of China's Han Fei, their thoughts, while not mainstream, but he comes from the same political theory of human nature concept, but in many ways have a considerable influence. Hobbes think evil of human nature is not only born, or can not be changed. Thus, his philosophy is not to change human nature, but rather to build a system around the \Although Han Fei also recognition of human nature with evil, but he believes that this this evil nature from humanity selfish point on. Vast worlds, you can say that people born with a private concept. Thus, his philosophy also service for his theory. Around the similarities and differences in the thought of Hobbes and Han Fei humanity research can help us to explore the uniqueness of their philosophy many unknown, including age, history and geographical differences. This paper consists of four chapters: the first chapter is the introductory part of the entire paper, I will be a comprehensive introduction to the research areas and issues of concern to other researchers. The second chapter describes humanity thought of Hobbes and Han Fei, a brief overview of the contents of the two humanity Ideological Origins and basic content. The third chapter is the focus of this paper analyzes Hobbes Judgement Ideas of Human Nature similarities and differences, in order to achieve the purpose of comparison. The fourth chapter is further tells Hobbes and Han Fei Human Nature and its inspiration for modern society. In summary, this paper is only an attempt to try to the knowledge of the West \Hobbes There is no doubt that the contribution to the philosophy of the 16th century and even today, he is also obvious to all. However, his extreme materialism, his idea for people to discuss and research purposes only, but has never been implemented, which is a result of the denial of the possibility of his emotion, mood, and other non-material factors exist, but it is affect the nature of his thoughts on people today. The Han Fei thinking very clear, very practical, but under the shadow of his predecessors all home, never received the recognition he deserved. Han Fei never deny human emotion, the presence of emotional, because he believed that the good of the people, which is different from Hobbes.
