With the rapid development of economy, human capital has become the most important resource of enterprises. How the core human resources changes into human capital, incentive effect is very important. Compensation system is the subsystem of human resource management. It indicates what is valuable, and pay policies and procedures. A good salary system is directly related with the organization’s strategy, thus enable the employee to concentrate their efforts to help organizations survival and develop.This paper takes an insurance company entitled CBIC company as a study background for investigation. Firstly, the author introduced the company’s current payment structure. The author tries to find out the problems in the compensation system. Secondly, some problems have been discussed, such as compensation structure. Finally, the author re-designed a new executive compensation system. Through comparisons of new and old compensation system in this paper, it conclude that the new compensation system can improve the company’s compete compatibility in many areas.
