Humanistic thinking as an important philosophical thoughts on the recent emergence and development of the Constitution has played an extremely important impact. Which embodies the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of people in the constitution is also based on protection of human rights as its pursuit of the ultimate goal. Therefore, people-oriented culture helps to restrict the constitutional authority of the State, safeguarding people’s rights, promote social equity, justice and harmony, promote the implementation of the constitution and constitutional implementation.
