English vocabulary learning is an important part of learning, but also the basis for learning English and key. However, the authors found that in the years of teaching, the teacher taught the bitter, students learn tired. Some students complained: They spend a lot of time learning the word, but learning efficiency is very low. There are many reasons. Which does not focus on vocabulary learning strategies is an important reason. Overcome rote, to stimulate interest in learning, learning strategies can effectively solve the above problem. English learning theory tells us: In order to improve the efficiency of learning English vocabulary learning must pay attention to strategy. A lot of vocabulary learning strategies, domestic and foreign scholars, experts in this area do a lot of research; however, with regard to the use of modern English vocabulary learning strategy is seldom involved in the study. The network not only provides learners with a good learning environment and resources, to make up for the lack of paper materials, but also to provide them with a wide range of learning and use of vocabulary input and output channels. This paper reviews the research literature in three aspects. The first is about the English vocabulary learning strategies and foreign research. Studies suggest that: vocabulary learning requires a certain strategy. Choice of strategy to vary. Lack of awareness of vocabulary learning strategies, learning effect is poor and inefficient. Followed by the use of the network to learn English vocabulary learning strategies. Then the action research related content. Including action research the origin, definition, types, research process and data collection methods. In this paper, system theory, constructivist learning theory as the theoretical basis, combined with \Using the Internet to learn English vocabulary should be considering the various elements of the network, it will achieve better results. Constructivism advocated to learner-centered learning, and learning as much as possible the real behavior of the environment should be carried out under the idea is the use of English vocabulary learning theory. Because the network can provide an interactive learning mode and virtual reality environments for learners actively construct provides good conditions. In conclusion, the authors combine their teaching practices to systems theory, constructivist learning theory as the theoretical basis, combined with \through the development of programs, demonstration programs, implementation plans, for reflection. Author believes that: the use of English vocabulary learning can improve students' interest in learning the vocabulary and confidence; while helping them to develop good study habits, and to cultivate self-learning and collaborative learning ability; for their lifelong learning and lay a good foundation. The authors also consider: Action research is the majority of English teachers to combine theory and practice to solve practical problems in teaching teachers to their own development and the achievement of a good way. This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is the general introduction. Thesis focuses on the significance and research questions. The second part is a literature review. This paper introduces the English vocabulary learning strategies; using the Internet to learn English vocabulary as well as an overview of the content of action research. The third part is the theoretical basis of this study. In this paper, systems theory and constructivist learning theory, combined with \The fourth section describes the implementation of action research. Including the development of research programs, demonstration programs, implementation plans and observation, reflection process. The fifth part is the conclusion. Answer research questions and describes the research results and limitations, and future research made reference proposal.
