The development of the integration of teachers’ education has become the trend of teacher education development. It is also the effective way to improve the quality of teachers’ education and promote the teachers’ professional development. The paper introduces the theoretical and realistic basis for the development of the integration of teachers’ education, and the experiences and the enlightenment of the development of the integration of teachers’ education in the advanced country and other province of china. So, the study on the development of the integration of teachers’ education is an important task of improving the teachers’ education in quality and efficiency. It is also the urgent needs of the teachers’ education development in Yunnan province. The paper selected the Wenshan Teacher College for case study to investigate the present condition and existing problem in the development of the integration of teachers’ education, in terms of pre-service, enter-service and in-service teachers’ education. It used many research methods such as documentary research method, method of comparing and the method of investigating. Then the countermeasures should be found against these problems , In order to carry it smoothly , the government should adopt some policy to support the development of the integration of teachers’ education, and reflected the mode of teachers’ education. It will bring practical significance and current significance for the development of teachers’ education in Yunnan province.
