In the context of the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology era, how effective allocation of resources, and reduce the cost of production has become the subject of various industries depth. Global Virtual Teams (Global Virtual Teams, GVTs) as a new form of team organization, with its low-cost, high-efficiency, in response to rapid advantages are widely in various fields. GVTs first task as the core, will have the specific knowledge and skills of professional personnel gathered together to achieve mission objectives; team members from around the world rely on information and communication technology communication (Information Communication Technology, ICT) complete communication activities, and thus independent of space, time, and organizational boundaries limit. This way of working can lower the cost of talent brought together with a high level of knowledge and skills to the project, and a very wide range of applications in the software outsourcing industry. In the allocation of resources and reduce costs, GVTs have a distinct advantage, based collaborative approach to ICT communication GVTs management challenges become a hot discussion in recent years about the GVTs research, which GVTs communication problems scholars at home and abroad to invest major energy research. This study was designed to study the Chinese context, to explore the impact of software the outsourcing industry GVTs communication performance factors. In this study, a systematic review of \Model put forward different communication tools in the media synchronization on the difference between different communication processes that require varying degrees of media synchronization helps users achieve the best match, so as to achieve better communication performance; summed up a series of impact of media use factors, these factors include language skills, social norms, media experience and corporate culture. Through case interviews, interviews with four teams in the Dalian Software Park 2, after the interview data collation and analysis, to verify the main assumptions of the proposed model, and the model is to be amended, and corresponding management GVTs managers recommendations.
