Study on the Structure Model of Enterprise Strategic Resources Based on Social Network Environment

With the continuous development of China’s economy, the market competition of various sectors is intensifying. More and more enterprises are beginning to understand that the core competitiveness of modern enterprise no longer derives from competitive market environment, industrial structure and other external conditions, but a variety of strategic resources within the enterprise and their combination. Furthermore, strategic resources that companies have access to are the critical elements to maintain enterprises sustainable competitive advantage, and scientific and reasonable structure of strategic resources enterprises is of a long-term and important significance for enterprises to improve performance, enhance their competitiveness and maintain the sustainable development.The paper, taking social network theory and resource-based theory as a guide, applies fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on rough set, structural equation modeling, SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis software, questionnaire method, and so on, to discuss the structure relationship of enterprise strategic resources from three aspects, namely material composition, spatial performance and combination relation. The main contents include:1. Theoretical basis of structure model study of enterprise strategic resourcesThe guiding principles throughout this paper are social network theory, which shows social networks’ huge influence on the existence of enterprise resources, and resource-based theory, which points out that the strategic resources is the core source of competitive advantage. Based on these theories, the paper put forward the classification criteria and classification systems of enterprise strategic resources based on structure material composition of strategic resources.2. The construction of the evaluation model of enterprise resource relationshipCombined on the actual situation of enterprises, from the perspective of spacial performance of strategic resource structure, this paper designs evaluation index system of enterprise resource relations, and, in order to make assessment results more objective, introduces the rough set model to determine the weight of evaluation index.The paper eventually establishes fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the resources relationship, and helps enterprises find the inadequacy of existing resources, which facilitates enterprises to take measures timely to improve. It provides additional evidence for enterprise resources and their structure allocation decision.3. The construction of structure model of enterprise strategic resourcesThis paper, under the guidance of the two basic theories, from the perspective of the combination relation of strategic resource structure, applies structural equation model approach to establish a enterprise strategic resources structural model. This model quantitatively analyses the impact relation of various strategic resources based on enterprise resources structure, which is of great importance for enterprises to allocate and integrate their resources, and adjust the structure of strategic resources to achieve the optimal state. It provide basis for decision making for enterprises to realize sustainable development.4. Empirical AnalysisTaking a copper province in Sichuan as a case company, this paper, through a questionnaire survey to explores strategic business resources, analyses the collected real data by SPSS statistical software. Based on the establishment of the evaluation model of enterprise strategic resource relationship and structure model of enterprise strategic resources, the paper discusses the state of resource structure relation of the case company, providing the basis for enterprise decision making and helping companies solve real problems, which verifies the rationality and applicability of the model.
