Third, this paper, the environmental impact of real estate investment, real estate investment environment factors and the introduction of the principle of re-evaluation of the Evaluation Index System of real estate investment environment evaluation method reference to determine the use of factor analysis and selection of evaluation methods in Chengdu Real Estate Investment Environmental evaluation and introduced the basic idea of factor analysis and analysis steps.Fourth, the use of SPSS 13.0 statistical software using factor analysis in Chengdu and Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Hangzhou, Ningbo and other 38 mega-cities real estate investment environment in a comprehensive evaluation.
