Microbial transglutaminase (Microbial Transglutaminase EC 2.3.2.13, referred MTG) is forming a catalytic protein molecules or intramolecular ε-(γ- valley glutamyl ) lysine covalent bonding of the enzyme , and its unique catalytic reaction characteristics , so that it has broad application prospects in food, medicine , textile industry , causing widespread concern . Abroad MTG enzyme research reports, mainly on catalytic food proteins , which may be catalyzed homologous or heterologous protein crosslinking occurs between . In the textile field , on the use of the study of the the MTG enzyme catalyzed other functional substance to the protein fibers (such as wool) is also less. The flame retardant finishing of textiles processing refers to the use of flame retardant fabric , in order to improve its anti -flammable , and to prevent fabric ignited and inhibit flame propagation purposes . The traditional chemical finishing the impact on the environment , this article retardant finishing of wool fabric MTG enzyme to achieve simultaneously investigated the MTG enzyme treatment of flame retardant finishing of wool fabric mechanical properties , thermal properties . The test results show that : Determination of phosphorus content through the fabric , the wool of the thermal analysis of alendronate sodium , enzymes , two-bath process characterization , confirming MTG enzyme can catalyze alendronate and wool reaction . Cycle test by single factor to determine the the MTG enzyme catalyzed wool fixed alendronate process conditions : pH 6, treatment temperature 50 ° C , the processing time for 6h and appropriate pretreatment . After processing under this condition , the phosphorus content of 821μg / g fabric . Using the vertical burning test of wool treated under the process conditions , the results show failed to meet the flame retardant standards . Composite flame retardant QY-407 or flame retardants Pyrovatex CP , treatment , flame retardant properties of wool fabric improved significantly to reach the B1 level of the flame retardant standards . MTG enzyme treatment can repair pretreatment , flame retardant to deal with the strength damage caused by the wool fabric , wool fabric flame retardant durability improvement .
