Cement is a kind of bag bag filled with cement by the model from the new green masonry materials . Mold bag bagged cement is combined with sand ( soil ) and the advantages of the two materials cement , low cost, pollution, etc. to make it simple and quick construction in earth retaining structures , ground handling , and so has a very broad application prospects . Although mold bag cement structure has been in the field of geotechnical engineering have a certain application , but for the engineering properties of the material is still very scarce and poor , especially for mold bag mechanical properties of cement-soil interface aspects of the research . As we all know , block on the mechanical properties of the interface between the structural stability of the entire pile play a decisive role . Therefore mold bag of cement soil interface has a very important mechanical properties of engineering significance . Paper bags two major areas for cement mold interfacial mechanical properties were studied . First, based on fractal geometry theory , the use of rms slope angle method (ARMSS) model to estimate the cross section of bags of cement soil contour fractal index (β, A, D) and the roughness coefficient JRC, Finally Barton 's 10 criterion contour and JRC-JCS model of interfacial shear strength fractal estimates ; Second, using ANSYS finite element software for mold bag cement numerical simulation analysis , focusing on the impact of the mechanical properties of the contact interface all relevant factors . The approach paper for the mold bag of cement soil mechanical properties of the interface opens up a new way of thinking and way. Method of fractal geometry and analysis show that , ARMSS method can accurately and easily calculate the actual contact interface of the fractal index and roughness factor , combined with other parameters to quickly figure out the interface shear strength , so as to determine the mold bag the shear strength of cement soil interface provides a quick and reliable method for estimating . Numerical simulation analysis focuses on the interfacial friction coefficient f, normal loads , horizontal loads three factors on mold bag cement horizontal maximum displacement , maximum contact slippage interface , the interface maximum contact friction stress and interfacial maximum total exposure stress mechanical properties of four . For the future design of the actual construction and provide a theoretical basis .
