This study aims to study of Bacillus subtilis on intestinal flora intestinal trefoil factor expression to explore the Bacillus subtilis probiotic mechanism of the intestinal tract. SPF KM mice were divided into normal control group and flora groups flora modeling success, the group was divided into flora flora natural recovery group, Bacillus flora recovery group, respectively flora group, flora and natural recovery group group Bacillus flora recovery group. No.14,21 days collecting the colon, ileum mucosa samples, using RT-PCR analysis of expression of intestinal trefoil factor TFF3. The results showed that:(1) Flora, the intestinal trefoil factor expression in mice intestine were significantly increased in the ileum up to nearly three times the normal value, the level of significant difference (P<0.05); Colon abnormal expression of intestinal trefoil factor multiples higher, presented several times in the last ten TFF3 expression in normal colon, significant differences in levels (P<0.05).(2)Flora recovery period, the first recovery stage of natural recovery group flora and flora Bacillus subtilis expression in the ileum of TFF3 expression significantly different, natural recovery group was significantly lower than the expression of TFF3 group flora Bacillus subtilis, flora Bacillus subtilis group reached natural recovery group TFF3 expression nearly 5-fold difference was significant (P<0.05); In the colon, flora Bacillus subtilis Group TFF3 expression reached almost 20 times natural recovery groups, significantly different (P<0.05).(3) The flora of the second period to restore, or repair intestinal damage has been basically completed period, In the ileum, colon and natural recovery group TFF3 expression flora Bacillus subtilis. There were no significant differences, and TFF3 expression during the normal close. Conclusion:Intestinal trefoil factor is a rapid response within the peptide, on the intestinal mucosa injury demonstrated a rapid and effective recovery effect. Bacillus subtilis not only have a good gut microflora to adjust the role played in the intestinal mucosa barrier function of the biological barrier, but also in the intestinal mucosa, when damaged, and promote the repair of the intestinal mucosa role of the factor TFF3 expression, so that shortly after the damaged intestinal mucosa can be back to normal.
