Objective :Observe canonical comparison between canonical shoulder-back myofascitis Manuever therapy and clinical searching for Orally Chlorzoxazone.Technique:On the basis of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine , which was issued“Standard of Traditional Chinese Medicine‘s diagnostic therapeutic effect for symptom”in 1994, we have chosen some sufferer , who were accord with diagnostic standard for shoulder-back myofascitis, and had been hospitalized to Orthopaedics Clinic of The Hospital Affiliated with Xinjiang Medical University from 09/2008 to 01/2010 for this study, We grouped the patients into 2 random groups for testing and comparing, mensurated the Tension of soft tissue before and after treatment, and analysed the data. Result :The group which accepted canonical shoulder-back myofascitis Manuever therapy has better result than another group. After the treatment, the Tension of soft tissue was obviously decreased , and the data showed distinct Clinical signification Conclusion: Canonical shoulder-back myofascitis Manuever therapy is a treatment protocol which based on. We get more theory testing of scientificity. Clinical observation indicates that, Canonical shoulder-back myofascitis Manuever therapy can be easily operated, yield faster results , and lower cost, so that is can be patient accepted easier. This kind of treatment is one of the good way to help with shoulder-back myofascitis and it’s worth to be popularized. Using the instrument to measure Tension of soft tissue provide impersonal standard to value this method.
