The Condition of Learning Burnout of the Students of Lianyungang Medium Vocational School and the Correlation to Personality Traits

Object:Through the investigation of the students’learning burnout of Lianyungang medium vocational school and personality,this study is to help the students of medium vocational school get rid of the learing burnout and enhance the learning activity.Methord:We organize the condition of learning behavior questionnaire to prove the problem of medium vocational school students’learning burnout serious.Based on the questionnaire,the author conducts research and categorizes the attributive factors.We revise University Studies Investigates Meter formulated by Lian Rong to organize Medium Vocational School Students Learning-burnout Instigates Meter,and prove the questionnaire-revised good reliability and validity. We investigated 412 students from five medium vocationalschools of Lianyungang using Medium Vcational School Students Learning-burnout Instigates Meter and EPQ Scale.Correlation analysis and step wise regression analysis were conducted by SPSS13.0 to deal with the data.Result:(1)Medium Vocational School Students Learning-burnout Instigates Meter can be used to study the situation of their learning burnout effectively for the questionnaire-revised has good reliability and validity.(2)The problem of the medium vocational widespread.(3)Medium vocational school students’learning burnout showed no sigifixant differences of sex,course and whether to be cadre members.(4)The situation of the contemporary medium vocational school students learning burnout is correlated with the factors of personality except only one or two.(5)The equations of regression show every factor of personality to be good predictor of learning burnout, but among all factors,N and P are the most important.
