The important factor on bone and calcium metabolization, have been studied in present examination. Thus, female-ovariectomized rats model (OVX)and menopause women clinic model have been chosen to dicuss the effect on bone and calcium while lacking of endogenesis estrogen and the action of outer estrogen(puerarin and daidzein); then further discuss the study of the bone calcium metabolism.the on 3M,6M,9M rats.1 The functionality study between the change of bone and caliumThe 3M,6M, and 9M SD Rats have been set up,6M-OVX and 9M-OVX groups, analyzed the BMC、BMD and the calcium content in the bone. The result indicated that compared with the 6M, the BMC (P<0.01)、BMD(P<0.05) have prominenced decreased in 9M and 6M-OVX, they have no prominenced difference between 9M-OVX and 9M groups.2 The effect of the bone metabolization by puerarin and daidzeinThe OVX(3M, SD Rats) have been set up and given puerarin and daidzein for 3 months and 6months, then mensurated serum Ca, P, and ALP,. The result show that high dosage puerarin and daidzein can increase the serum Ca, can increase the serum ALP (P<0.05, P<0.01) and decrease moreover decrease the serum ALP (P<0.05, P<0.01) in 9M ovariectomized rats.3 The clinic effect of puerarin and daidzein on bone metabolization of menopause womenResearch on the danger public of osteoporosis, gived the puerarin, daidzein and calcium-D for 3 months, determined BMD, serum Ca and ALP. The result showed that BMD has no difference between groups, the group gived puerarin and calcium-D have decreased on serum Ca(P<0.05), the ALP have increased with puerarin and daidzein, the ALP has no change with calcium-D.
