Enterprise development to a certain size, as an important part of the project management, cost management is increasingly important, high efficiency, low cost, many enterprises to develop core competitiveness. Cost management is a part of the project management, the purpose of this study is based on the absorption of scientific ideas and methods in the project management of real estate companies in the project development process, and how to establish a scientific and reasonable, and effective cost management and control mode specific ways and methods. In this paper, the mutual influence between the status quo in common Suzhou Global 188 project cost management and project management, research control methods from the point of view of cost management, cost management to the tender stage study, the main research content is divided into three: First, the tender control: contain the cost of contract planning, preparation of the bidding, pricing options, preparation of tender documents, Pingbiaodingbiao method, contract options. Early in the tender, the analysis of the pre-input conditions different tender issuing tender the whole process, Ching-piao, bid evaluation, calibration; management and control methods used in the bidding process, from the establishment of bidding systems, processes and job control table, tender scheduling, tender part of the control points. Second, contract management: in the tender mid-contract management studied how to carry out the planning of the contract, the contractual framework for the establishment, the choice of the type of contract, the contract process approval procedures and how to distinguish and manage contract interface, the method of the claim, and how claims and counter-claims, contract risk and prevention of the common pitfalls measures. Platform management: the later stages in the tender to analyze the strategic direction to improve the cost efficiency of management, supplier management and maintenance, software POM management systems use analysis and research. Study two important aspects of the tender control and contract management cost control problems from the point of view of the project cost management, cost management and control system for the project and cost management methods through research and analysis, drawn study The significance is that to control the cost of the project within the target budget, and proposed the improved measures and methods to provide a reference for the owner of the construction project cost management.
