With the energy crisis and environmental crisis intensified, wind as a renewable and clean energy,which is an important way to solve the two problems.Wind power generation technique is improved greatly thanks to that more and more countries all over the world paying attention to it. With the increasing scale of wind power generation system, how to improve the efficiency of wind power generation is very important.For this reason,the technique of variable speed constant frequency operation which is capable of capturing the maximization wind power, becomes research hotspot.Wind power generation system is a complex process of energy conversion. Most research focuse on the control of doubly-fed generator, for it is connected with the latter part of the first part of the function of conversion, which is an important component of the system, and the paper also researches on the wind power system non-load network. In this paper, the no-load and grid-connection control with isolated load of the wind power systems are introduced,and the control of no-load grid-connection is the important part in this paper.This paper is the study of grid-based wind power system and the design of the controller. First of all, modeling the mathematical models of the wind power generation system , including the modeling of wind,wind turbine,drive trains,doubly-fed induction generation and the controller. Second, studying on the power decoupling with the vector control in the generator’s application and the control of DFIG rotor current control of the no-load grid-connection. Again, simulinking the established system, in order to reduce the speed of perturbation,the wind speed were weighted; to improve the control performance, using a more advanced fuzzy PI controller. Finally, by comparing and analyzing of the error indicators, the method used to improve and enhance system performance is verifed.
