Pharmacopoeia of antibiotics conventional verification method for microbial titer testing method, use antimicrobial activity measure antibiotics effective compositions of effectiveness. This method can be directly reflected antibiotics curative effect, and has a high sensitivity, use of the product quantity is little, etc. Therefore, in the antibiotics titer verification of this method has been widely used.Turbidity method is one of the antibiotics microbial testing method, it is in different concentrations of standard substance and the product add inoculation have experimental fungus liquid medium, within its blending, and after a period of training, measuring experiment bacterial growth of turbidity, according to standard substance turbidity obtained certain proportion, calculate the product titer one method. But import instrumentation is more expensive, turbidity method on experimental instrument accuracy requirements have taller, the domestic, in antibiotics titer determination aspects has not been widely used. Therefore, this topic for development of antibiotics titer measurement systems of the signal acquisition and processing technology for research.System software partly by signal acquisition and data processing two parts. The former using the data acquisition card to signal collecting simultaneously AD transform, provide data sources, the latter in accordance with the provisions in China pharmacopoeia method, the collected data were analyzed and calculated results given titer such data. System of data processing part is the main content of this paper, including: standard curve method, two doses method, three measurement, bacterium fluid determination, historical data browsing, etc.Anyhow, this thesis account of what is a new type of antibiotics titer measurement system, it is in the LabVIEW software programming for programming language, relatively similar system software programming, it in the signal acquisition, data processing and data read etc. Made a good design, in this paper the experimental curves and data results also were given.
