One crucial problem which is related to the human survival and development and is up to be solved is New Energy. Wind power is a kind of renewable clean energy. wind power generation in China is just started,there are many technical difficulties to be solved,in which the development of Equipment on-line monitoring system is still at the stage of study,there is no Mature online monitoring system application in industrial field.Vibration monitoring,which has the ability to discover, analyze and process equipment fault timely,is one of the key technologies of on-line monitoring system.If the problem of vibration monitoring is solved, we can ensure equipment operate efficiently.Online vibration monitoring system includes the data acquisition module, analog signal filter module,A/D,DSP signal processing module and power supply module mainly,wind power equipment malfunction can be judged via vibration data.By transferring monitoring equipment vibration state to signal acquisition module through acceleration sensor module,do a series of processing of filtering, detecting and threshold judging and so on,monitoring and analyzing with the low frequency(0.1-35Hz)signals of the vibration of wind generator, we can judge the health condition of monitoring equipment, so as to provide a stable protection to wind generators.We adopt TMS320F2812 DSP of TI Company to process data signal in this paper, it integrate fast A/D converter, enhanced CAN bus module. The works of DSP software design mainly includes: determining and reading sampling frequency, deleting zero, IIR soft filtering, data statistic and designing alarm judgment system. Upload DSP processed signals through different communication protocols to the upper machine, which equipped with virtual instrument monitoring software independently developed based on Labwindows/CVI. Judging the vibration of monitoring equipment by monitoring software display acceleration value, if vibration is exceptional, alarm system will alarm, monitoring staff can find it via waveform chart, then increases the dual safety system.Finally this paper analyzes and verifies the whole online monitoring system of vibration, does commissioning and trials as will. The result shows that this system has achieved design basic requirement and stable performance.
