The Impact of Leadership Style on Entrepreneurial Performance

In the current business era in the context of how to improve business performance is an important issue. In this study this problem, starting from the leadership style , organizational learning as an intermediary , through case interviews , questionnaires and other methods , the use of SPSS, AMOS and other statistical software to analyze the data collected processed , discussed in detail transformational leadership and transactional leadership two kinds of leadership style on entrepreneurial performance impact mechanism . This study has made five aspects conclusions : First, the exploratory study in leadership style and entrepreneurial performance in the relationship between play an intermediary role , the second is transformational leadership significantly promote exploratory learning , transformational leadership does not significantly promote the application of learning ; Third, transactional leadership significantly promote the application of learning and exploratory learning ; four exploratory learning significantly promote entrepreneurial performance , and application of learning negative influence entrepreneurial performance ; five is a stronger entrepreneurial orientation , the exploratory study produced higher entrepreneurial performance , and entrepreneurial orientation on the application of learning and business performance relationship is not regulation. This study has some theoretical and practical significance. On the theoretical side , the paper for the leadership style influence on entrepreneurial performance study provides some references and found different leadership styles through different forms of organizational learning affect entrepreneurial performance path. In practice , in the context of corporate entrepreneurship and guide organizations to use to build leadership matching matching organizational learning mode to improve organizational performance .
