This study aimed to explore Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the impact of Work Experience. Firstly, this paper summed up the related theory of the OCB and Working Experience, based on this, put forward the conception and assumption. Secondly, we investigated the OCB and the Working Experience of the enterprise employees in Shanghai、Guangzhou、Nanchang、Tangshan、Fuzhou、Jiujiang mainly by 400 questionnaires,350 questionnaires in them are useful for analyzing data by the SPSS16.0; furthermore, discussed according to the survey data analysis results, and put forward some related Suggestions. As the research showed:it was significantly related between the Working Experience and OCB;OCB was provided with the effective forecast to the Working Experience; there were differences among the impact of every dimension of the OCB on the Working Experience. Finally, according to the impact of the OCB on the Working Experience, we proposed some relevant suggestions for the enterprise management, so as to identify and nurture the healthy OCB、improve the employees’ perceptions of Working Experience、urge the more positive effect of the OCB and Working Experience in the enterprises.
