Design and Implementation on Practical Courses Teaching Mode of Educational Technology Specialty at Local Colleges in the View of Employment

In recent years,social demand of graduates from normal university has changed greatly.There is a gap between the knowledge capacity of graduates and knowledge requirements in enterprises which provide graduates with numerous job opportunities in the future.As local college,in culturing students of Educational Technology,there are seneral different and insufficient of the level,position-setting,technicality and student placement between Probince college and Education Depariment,students can accommodate social needs and widen the channel of career only if school must have higher request for various kinds of skill of student. Based on researching the local colleges of education technology specialty graduates employment situation and enterprise requirements for graduates’ knowledge capacity, combined with local colleges practice course teaching present situation, try to designe educational technology specialty practice courses teaching mode, with a view to better help practice courses teaching. Focus on the design of the experimental courses teaching mode, and for reflection and modification of the model in two rounds of the practice.For the purpose of cultivate the applied talents of high quality to meet market demand, broaden the employment channels of Educational Technology specialty, improve the graduates’ employment ability in the employment of college graduates is generally difficult circumstances.This paper is divided into six parts, to design and practice on the local education technology specialty practice courses teaching mode.The first part is an introduction, mainly elaborated the selected topic background, put forward to study the issue and the related research, and explain the research methods used.The second part interpretation of the talents in educational technology specialty of social needs from the perspective of employment, and to clear training goal and ability requirements of education technology specialty in the local colleges.The third part of the local education technology specialty practice teaching status and problems for investigation and analysis, contribute to in view of the present situation and problems to construct the practical teaching mode.The fourth part of the building cluster, open practice teaching mode. Based on the practice teaching situation of educational technology professional digital media technology of Hunan University of Arts and Science. Construct the ideal practice teaching mode with practical and to match social industry needs, To the problem as the research starting point, relying on professional practice curriculum system, combined with the characteristics of practice teaching, And corresponding construct security system of practice teaching mode with clustering, open.In the fifth part,implement the teaching mode which constructed at the fourth part.Change the mode with ideal and abstract into the teaching design in real practice courses.As an example with "The film and television production",two graders were implemented in two years,and observe and reflect the entire process,in order to improve and perfect the practice teaching mode.In the sixth part,summarize the subject and prospect researches.
