The essence of education is personality, whose basic function is the development of human potential and to create a sound personality. Since the nineteen eighties, our society is into a large changes in the transition period from planned economy to market economy. The profound change had a significant impact on our society, causing a series of important changes. With the acceleration of the process of modernization, people’s concept of value, mode of thinking and behavior has the fierce change, the traditional ethics by a strong shock, and social morality appears some chaos and disorder. In this particular period of transformation, morality and moral education is experiencing the hitherto unknown confused and lost. Admittedly, the reason is many sided. The author thinks one important reason is the lack of contemporary youth personality. High school students as young adults in physiological, psychological from naive gradually mature special groups, nurturing them with modern society adapt to the development of moral personality and appear particularly important. Chinese classical literature is the world literature classics of a wonderful work. It is the crystallization of the humanistic spirit containing a rich cultural spirit and cultural connotation. For the contemporary high school students, the classical literature teaching can make students learn the language sense of achievement and the taste of the language aesthetic pleasure to broaden their spiritual realm, nourishes the soul world, the emotion experience and enhance life realm, thus setting up a healthy and healthy personality. In this paper, the author do some research on personality education for the lack of senior high school students’ personality in Chinese classical literature, which is thought to affect students’ personality, and how the classical literature to learn more effectively in senior high school students.
