Effect of Hyperlipemia on GFAP and bFGF Expression in the Hippocampus after Cerebral Ischemic-reperfusion Injury

Objective: To observe high cholesterol on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat hippocampal GFAP and bFGF expression, to explore the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury mechanisms to provide evidence. Methods: normal healthy adult Sprague-Dawley rats 166, weight 160-180g, by the Experimental Animal Center of Shanxi Medical University. Randomized cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group (52), high cholesterol with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group (52) and sham operation group (62) the three groups.
