Equitable and harmonious of education idea once again get attention.University has rich music education resources, and universities has many functions in led cultural, cultural heritage, the role of cultural development, as well as personnel training, scientific research, community service. Meanwhile, the social and cultural development needs of university music education resources to support, especially in rural schools the development of music education are still in weak condition. The two should promote common development of relations. In order to practice the Party’s call to promote the social and cultural development, especially the development of music education in rural schools and narrow the urban-rural gap, make the university music education resources are efficiently used, the author proposes "Music education resources on the University Music Education and rural schools research building" topic.This thesis based on mainly teaching resources situation, teaching infrastructure, teaching and administrative campus culture access to information, the use of Excel, SPSS statistical software for data analysis. Survey is Lishu county four schools (two secondary and two primary schools) students conducted a questionnaire survey, and to the experimental base for concrete educational experiments. The survey data will be compare and analyze, and with the "school music education in order" in the music teachers for compulsory education, education infrastructure, teaching and administrative security requirements for comparison, and music education in rural schools come to present problems in the development. Summarized the main factors analysis and proposed countermeasures to try to develop the scientific basis of music education for rural development, rural and urban integration, the policy of equitable education provide the theoretical basis and countermeasures for reference.
