The Study on How Teachers Guide Senior Students to Carry Out Their Independent Reading in the Course of Reading Teaching

The teaching aim we, teachers, teach students for, is that we finally needn’t to teach them. This is actually our teachers’final teaching ideality as well.Reading is an important ability for senior students learning chinese, and only through reading independently,can students master this kind of reading ability and benifitied from it in their life.This thesis is mainly based on the study on how teachers guide senior students to carry out their independent reading in the course of reading teaching.The author,while carrying out reading teaching, has been making his effort to explore some kinds of effective, feasible strategies, so as to make these strategies be helpful in guiding independent reading teaching, by exerting literature review,experience-summarized,action study,and questionnaire methods.With the further development of new curriculum reform, and national long-term teaching reform and development program gradully put into effect.The idea that students should be the teaching center in class has been emphasized and carried out in teaching process. Having compared and studied some chief countries’teaching ideas and modes on reading teaching,the author directly illustrated the ideas on esthetics, psychology, and British and American comments,in order to assimilate, and draw lessons from foreign current progeny to embody consciousness that students should be the main body in reading practice, respected and encooraged to develop their individual and creative reading.The relationship beteewn reading teaching and students reading mentality is intimate.The author, by investigating and analysing current situation where senior students are carrying on reading, according to current situation in senior students reading teaching lesson in our school,sets off exploring problems on students reading mentality and reading teaching. Based on it, this thesis put forword the strategies on how to guide students to read independently, how to guide students to implement apperceive reading in class,and how to guide students to develop their reading abilities. On the basis of students’creation in the course of reading, the author has refined four reading models in reading class, summarized relative feasible strategies, gave expression to importance of reading teaching, finally to guide students to form the habit of reading idependently.Education keeps pace with estimate, and estimating education is to improve students’chinese reading level. This thesis also tried exploring students activities in the course of independent reading, so as to promote students’reading abilities, and make it developed in the process of independent reading.
