The Study of Guangxi in Asean Information Dissemination Media Capacity

China-the establishment of china-asean free trade area, is part of the country’s long-term economic strategy, but also China’s large government pr behavior. Guangxi in asean information dissemination media in establishing good image of the state and regional image plays an extremely important role.This dissertation based on field surveys, literature analysis and other methods, closely around the Guangxi media dissemination of information on the capacity of ASEAN countries as the center, examined information dissemination in Guangxi ability of the media status of the ASEAN to explore its performance and lack of transmission capacity causes, and proposed how to improve the Guangxi media information dissemination capabilities of the ASEAN countries the recommendations and advice. The first chapter analyzes the ability to communicate the meaning, characteristics and key elements, combined with field research situation, Guangxi, ability to communicate the media to construct a basic assessment model. Chapter II, respectively, from the print media, radio and television media, Internet media emphasis on the Guangxi-ASEAN information dissemination on the ability of the media status quo, described in detail its communications platform, communication teams, content and communication resources to the specific circumstances of the audience. The third chapter on the media situation in Guangxi study, analysis of the media in the dissemination capacity of Guangxi several elements exposed by the lack of performance, and two, respectively, from the subjective and objective point of view of Guangxi, the main reason for lack of media capacity. The final chapter before the deficit with the causes of Guangxi have to focus on enhancing capacity of the media dissemination of information on the recommendations of the ASEAN. This paper argues that, first, to focus on cross-cultural communication perspective, building a harmonious ASEAN external environment for information dissemination. Second, build a new communications platform, to strengthen the cooperation of ASEAN countries, Chinese media. Third, the full spread of team strength, carry out personnel exchanges with ASEAN cooperation in information. Fourth, the extensive dissemination of the contents of the genre and subject matter, playing the "ASEAN" information card. Fifth, do audience analysis, and strive to the international spread of precision.In international communication, the news media, only to have international vision, actively carry out foreign exchanges and cooperation, good at using the audience accept nlanguage, could win the competition, set up the good national and regional image.
