Nathaniel Hawthorne is one of the most influential in the history of American literature in the 19th century writer. His creation as the background, and more to the New England Colonial America reflect the social reality. More and more scholars from the different perspectives of \Ecofeminism produced a school of thought that would like to combine ecology and feminism in the 1970s, 1990s and into the literary watershed. It draws on the eco-criticism and criticism of women, its central concern is the nature and women contact. That male oppression of women and the oppression of human nature is closely linked to its deconstruction of anthropocentrism, advocates the establishment of a relationship of harmony between a man and nature. This article is divided into six sections to test the use of eco-feminist theory interpretation of \The introductory part of Hawthorne's literary achievements and position in the history of literature, \The first chapter, an overview of the eco-feminist theory. Overview of the papers on the background of this theory, the development of the connotation, characteristics and significance to provide a theoretical basis. The second chapter analyzes the reasons for the formation of the Hawthorne Eco-feminist consciousness. Hawthorne mother's life experiences, his wife told him, so he began meditating patriarchal society women marginalized. His family's history, political experiences and social reality prompted him to sue the cruel and harsh Puritan society. Chapter two major areas analyzed the ecological feminist consciousness embodied in The Scarlet Letter: women and nature are closely linked to the: Hyster life experience like a natural changes of the four seasons.
