Enterprise Competitive Strategy which is the key to the victory in market competition is one of the most important parts of Enterprise Operating Decisions. The research of Enterprise Competitive Strategy has to look for new algorithm and ideas because of the complicate competitive environment. Biomimetic research on Enterprise Competitive Strategy could take business problems from ecological view, which can deal with Corporate strategic decisions and daily management from natural view. It can transform the traditional Confronting Competition to“soft”competition between enterprise, which play an important role in enterprise management and enterprise development.Based on the researches on enterprise ecology and business evolution, this thesis takes biomimetic research on Enterprise Competitive Strategy using optimization algorithm. The researches of this thesis are as follows:1. Existential phenomenon of biology symbiosis and evolution is described with the help of the rule of competition and coexistence between individual organisms.2. Ant colony algorithm and culture algorithm are improved in this thesis: Improve the Ant colony algorithm by adding reduction factor and gain coefficient. The new algorithm deals with different Agent in different ways. In order to make differetn initial values of Pheromone on Agent, reduction factor is used, while gain coefficient can make the selection probability of Agent different. The new algorithm extends the frame of the basic culture algorithm, and Multi-faith space culture algorithm is proposed. The new algorithm expresses the individual of population space with combination. Besides this new algorithm also improves the functions of culture algorithm.3. The improved ant colony algorithm can solve the Generation problems of virtual enterprise alliance. First this algorithm proposes mathematical model of human enterprise, then Resource Allocation is introduced into Virtual Enterprise Alliance, at last a new Serial multi-task coalition formation algorithm based on Improved Ant Colony Algorithm and the task ability-sorting,the agents are divided in the process of solving according to the core abilities which the task needs . The example through simulation analysis shows that the algorithm can solve multiple agent problems quickly and validly, showing the correctness of the algorithm.4. The improved culture algorithm can be used in the evolution of simulation business. First mahematical description of the individual enterprise is proposed. According to the advantages of culture algorithm and enterprise evolution, culture algorithm is used in the evolution of simulation business. Based on the description of individual enterprise, a new Multi-faith space culture algorithm is proposed. This algorithm can adjust the ability of enterprise using Learning factor according to real situation of enterprises evolution. The experiment results show that Multi-faith space culture algorithm can simulate enterprises evolution effectivly, and it also can simulate Bounded Rationality of enterprises.
