Based on previous studies found that customer satisfaction with the implementation of the strategy will bring high value in return , the same is true in the real estate industry for customer satisfaction grasp . The real estate industry during the past 10 years has been the development of prosperity , but in the real estate industry to integrate the context of the lack of relevant national policies as well as the advantages of land , real estate development enterprises rely on brand survival is bound to become reality , and the brand is based on customer groups 's . This requires the study of how to enhance customer satisfaction in the current context , to maintain the customer base , to keep the business healthy and sustainable development . Therefore, the study of the real estate development enterprises to maintain and improve customer satisfaction has become an important research topic . Firstly, the characteristics of the real estate development companies and real estate industry , the characteristics of the real estate development enterprise customers starting from customer satisfaction to meet customer demand relations demonstrate combined literature and research proposed the real estate customers satisfaction model . On this basis , through pre- survey and empirical questionnaire survey in two steps , the modified model and verify the factors and assumptions . In summing up the research results based on the proposed measurement method for real estate customer satisfaction , and use some inspiration and suggestions . The main results are: demonstrates the real estate customer 's hierarchy of needs , balanced against the hierarchy of needs and the propensity to invest in real estate development enterprise customer satisfaction policy foundation . The original customer satisfaction factors were the improvement and development of the conceptual model of real estate development enterprises should be used to measure customer satisfaction . The application of the results of this study , analysis of the problems facing the real estate industry in China as well as part of the solution , and through the analysis of real estate development enterprises plan to implement a customer satisfaction strategy and steps to get some inspiration .
