Study of Evaluation System on Security Management of HS Company

Coal mining accidents is due to study the root causes of the safety of coal mining enterprises of the poor quality of management, the responsibility to implement sufficient security management, security management system is not perfect and other causes. Mining accidents occur frequently not only endanger the personal safety of employees, but also the economic performance of enterprises has had direct losses. Therefore, how to improve enterprise security management of coal mining coal mining enterprises are facing quality is an important research topic.This paper takes HS coal company as example. First, in coal mine safety management concerning the importance of the HS coal company general safety management evaluation system to establish the reality of the background and significance. And research ideas and methods described, the formation of a research framework and content of this article, and identifying the main research contributions. Secondly, the existing security management theory literature were reviewed and summarized, introduced China’s production safety management system. And the research methods involved in this paper were reviewed and introduced, including the interpretation of structural model approach, Delphi expert method, AHP method. Again, the HS coal company safety management status summarized. The company noted that the current existence of a safety management system is imperfect; weak awareness of technology and equipment updates; lack of standardized quality system; inadequate safety publicity and education; staff quality to be improved; lack of scientific evaluation and examination and other safety management quality. Fourth, the HS coal company the safety management of quality issues improved design, the use of interpretive structural model and AHP to establish a scientific evaluation of the quality of modern safety management system, and calculate the weight of all the evaluation indexes. Weight through a comprehensive comparison, extracted from the evaluation system of quality issues affecting the safety of the four important factors, including staff skills, organizational ability of emergency response, security, sense of responsibility, quality standardization system, incentive mechanism and other factors. Finally, to improve the quality of safety management of several major components, the design based on human factors and environmental factors on the path of ascension; the same time, proposed to carry out a wide range of organizational learning and innovation activities, and improve construction safety management system to enhance the level of information security management, strengthen basic safety management, safety management and culture to establish the implementation of five aspects of countermeasures and suggestions.
