Since 2009, the global economy is getting warmer, and the overall economic recovery has led to rapid growth container throughput again, the rapid development of the container to drive the development of the container terminal, terminal throughput increasing the port area and the number of devices is also increasing. The continuous growth of China's container terminal throughput, put forward higher requirements for the operation of the container terminal. Effective management of resources and scheduling of container terminal is necessary to ensure smooth flow of container terminal. Container terminal yard is a dedicated area for stockpiling containers in the port, as the the port main part, plays a very important role in the container port operations logistics processes, a key area in the port terminal operators. Container terminal yard management as the center of the container terminal management, terminal operators more and more attention to how resources in the yard rational allocation and utilization is the pier management is very concerned about the problem, and a direct impact on operational efficiency and operating costs. Among them, China's trade surplus with the decision export boxes bit allocation is the key to optimize the operation of the container terminal management problem. In this paper, considering the main factors affecting container area allocated on the basis of two objectives to the yard in the actual operation of the main consideration as the objective function model to solve the problem of yard allocation. First of all, to the container terminal yard system as the research object, give full consideration to the dynamic nature of the scheduling problem of container terminal yard, uncertainty and complexity, through theoretical analysis to identify the impact of container terminal yard system through capacity factors. Secondly, in the basis of the analysis yard system, considering the mainly consider the two objectives of the pier actual operation, to establish to minimize stacking position of the outlet tank ship docked position the distance between, minimized between the tank block degree of imbalance as the objective function of the multi-objective programming model. Finally, based on the mathematical model and objective function characteristics, make improvements in the classical linear efficiency coefficient method basis using linear coefficient method improved multi-objective programming into a single objective programming to solve, and the introduction of data results verification, validation results show that the improved spatial distribution plan drawn by the present model than two goals yard actual plan, and has good reliability and practicality.
