Purpose: differentiation of epithelial ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissue inhibitor -1 (Id-1) expression and microvessel density (MVD) to detect and compare discussed Id-1 in epithelial ovarian tumor occurrence, development The role. Methods: 131 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer patients, including serous cystadenoma 13 cases, borderline serous cystadenoma, 10 cases, 36 cases of serous adenocarcinoma, mucinous cystadenoma 12 cases of borderline mucinous adenoma 10 cases, 30 cases of mucinous cystadenocarcinoma, 20 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Serous adenocarcinoma, mucinous cystadenocarcinoma and endometrioid adenocarcinoma FIGO surgical - pathologic staging: Ⅰ 12 cases, Ⅱ 15 cases, 52 cases III, Ⅳ seven cases. Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of Id-1 in the epithelial ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissue and MVD comparing Id-1 and MVD in normal ovarian tissue, benign ovarian tumors, borderline ovarian tumor tissue and The differences in the expression of malignant ovarian cancer tissue, analysis of the correlation between Id-1 and MVD. The results: the value of the Id-1 expression in borderline ovarian tumor tissue compared with benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissue were significantly higher (P lt; 0.01). Ovarian serous adenocarcinoma, mucinous cystadenocarcinoma and endometrioid adenocarcinoma Id-1 expression values ??were significantly higher than borderline ovarian tumors, benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissue (P lt; 0.01 ). Borderline ovarian tumor tissue MVD expression values ??compared with benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissue was significantly higher (P lt; 0.01). The value of the MVD in ovarian serous adenocarcinoma, mucinous cystadenocarcinoma and endometrioid adenocarcinoma compared with borderline ovarian tumors, benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissue was significantly higher (P lt; 0.01). Id-1 and MVD values ??in normal ovarian tissue, benign ovarian tumors, borderline ovarian tumors, and malignant ovarian cancer tissue gradually increased and was a significant positive correlation (r = 0.797, P lt; 0.01). At the same time along with it, and has a significant positive correlation with the histological grading of epithelial ovarian cancer and surgery - pathological stage increased Id-1 and MVD expression. Conclusion: in epithelial ovarian tumor tissue, the value of the Id-1 and MVD with the degree of malignancy of epithelial ovarian tissue is closely related to, and Id-1 expression closely the extent of epithelial ovarian tumor MVD count correlated, suggesting that Id-1 in the promotion of epithelial ovarian tumor occurrence and development process, especially to play an important role in tumor angiogenesis.
