Objective: To study the D2-40 and CCR7 expression in non-small cell lung cancer; explore the D2-40 and CCR7 expression and lymph node metastasis, and clinical and pathological features of the relationship; for clinical diagnosis and treatment, to provide a theoretical basis to judge the risk of lymph node metastasis; targets for lung cancer looking for new targets to provide new ideas and methods to the treatment. Method: 1, Application MAX Vision immunohistochemical method lymphatic endothelial marker D2-40 next to the 104 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 5 cases of normal lung tissue and 10 cases of non-small cell lung cancer tissues by light microscopy analyzed under observation and lymphatic positioning. 2 applications MAX Vision immunohistochemical method to study the expression of CCR7 in the organization next to the 104 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 5 cases of normal lung tissue and 10 cases of lung cancer. Non-small cell lung cancer, D2-40 and CCR7 expression and clinicopathologic factors were analyzed statistically. Results: 1 rare tumor within the area of ??non-small cell lung cancer marker D2-40 lymphatic lymphatic distribution in non-small cell lung cancer tumor surrounding tissue. Organization of 104 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 5 cases of normal lung tissue and 10 cases of lung cancer next lymphatic microvessel density (MLVD) count were 7.81 ± 2.22; 4.20 ± 1.07; 4.9 ± 1.46, significantly higher in non-small cell lung cancer (P lt; 0.001). Large cell carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma MLVD count were 7.0 ± 3.79; 8.60 ± 2.38; 7.99 ± 2.08; 7.51 ± 2.08., Non-small cell lung cancer in 47 patients with lymph node-positive group and 57 cases the lymph node negative group MLVD count were 8.39 ± 2.35; 7.33 ± 2.00 count of node-positive group was significantly higher than the node-negative group (P lt; 0.05). 3,104 patients with non-small cell lung cancer CCR7-positive rate was 82.7%; the CCR7 positive rate of normal lung tissue 20%; CCR7-positive rate of 20% of lung cancer adjacent tissues. Large cell carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma CCR7 positive rate was 83.3%; 77.8%; 82.1%; 84.0%. Node-positive group (41/47) with lymph node-negative group (35/57) CCR7-positive rate of 87.2%; 61.4%. The chi-square test χ2 value of 87.4, P value of 0.03 (P lt; 0.05). D2-40 labeled MLVD CCR7 expression was positively correlated (correlation coefficient r = 0.639, P lt; 0.000). Count of the CCR7 positive group (8.51 ± 2.03) MLVD the above CCR7-negative group (6.01 ± 1.59), both compared with a significant difference (P lt; 0.05). 6, MLVD and CCR7 expression and smoking status, age, T staging; with lymph node metastasis, but both expressed in pNl with pN2 no difference. Conclusion: D2-40 lymphatic endothelial cells with sensitivity and specificity, clearly marked tumor lymphangiogenesis distinguish lymphatic and vascular tumor mainly located in peritumoral lymphatic vessels. Can be applied to the study of the lymphatic vessels. In NSCLC CCR7-positive rate with D2-40 labeled MLVD higher than the group of normal lung tissue. 3, CCR7, MLVD with lymph node metastasis were positively correlated. NSCLC lymph node-negative group CCR7-positive rate in NSCLC positive group. CCR7 expression in NSCLC and MLVD was positively correlated. In NSCLC, CCR7 the positive group MLVD higher than CCR7 negative group. NSCLC of MLVD and CCR7 and pathological type, smoking status, age, T staging; related with lymph node metastasis (pN-pN), but no difference in from pNl with pN2 (pN between), expression. In non-small cell lung cancer, lymph node metastasis positive group CCR7 high expression of D2-40 mark of MLVD was positively correlated with D2-40, only the expression of the lymphatic endothelial cells, speculated that tumor cell expression of CCR7 may belong lymphatic transfer early event, the Joint Monitoring the CCR7 and D2-40 is expected to become the judgment of lymph node metastasis in early, effective indicators. And may provide strong theoretical basis for the future treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and inhibit lymphatic metastasis.
