For a long time , equipment maintenance , operation and other information records have been using manual records, business records personnel must manually one by one for each data entry computer and proofread . When the requirements of higher authorities to report such information, to spend a lot of manpower and time to aggregate , organize and analyzed. Obviously, using the traditional manual recording mode for data registration and maintenance of large amount of data needs to fill , working high strength, low efficiency , data accuracy is poor , prone to errors and omissions , and some units do not pay attention as usual maintenance data recording and preservation, there is the phenomenon of fabricated data , it would seriously affect the device information superiors understand and judge the real situation . Given the above, in the analysis and investigation of the status of internal and external data acquisition based on the design developed a simple , fully functional PDA-based portable maintenance information systems. The acquisition system uses PDA Pocket PC as a terminal device support in Windows CE using Visual Studio 2005 development platform and the C # language, moving through the SQL Mobile database merge replication technology to achieve the acquisition data synchronization with the server . In the system design and implementation process of the mobile smart device development related technologies, reading at home and abroad in the mobile application development aspects of the relevant literature , the overall structure of the collection system , function modules , workflow and related technologies to achieve depth research . The system design is reasonable, simple , functional , and can effectively support staff for data collection, streamline data collection processes, reduce risk of data errors , improve staff efficiency , reduce the intensity of the work of staff to achieve paperless office. Staff to the scene to carry PDA for data collection , the collected results recorded directly to the PDA, acquisition task is completed, the data will be uploaded directly to a PDA system server, for viewing and analysis at all levels .
