RFID ( radio frequency identification ) technology as the core of things , is considered the most promising 21st century, information technology , there is a broad market prospects and application space. The demand for low-cost RFID tags , RFID tag packaging equipment push toward a higher encapsulation efficiency, higher reliability direction. Given truss XY stage in the RFID tag packaging equipment in an important position , the paper revolves around its high-speed high-precision motion control were studied . First, the core unit of the device from the package - mount module to start its process to do a simple introduction. For high-speed , high-precision control requirements, a detailed analysis of the module motion control system based on the needs , presents a Parker ACR9000 ( standalone multi-axis motion controller ) motion control system , better control of the system to meet requirements. Mount module while important parts - Truss XY platform servo control method are analyzed design, achieved through the grating feedback closed loop position control system , thus ensuring the positioning accuracy . Point control is the main function of the motion control system . Truss XY stage movement positioning time is mountable module encapsulation equipment efficiency and the whole key , which the truss trajectory planning proposed strict requirements. Stroke according to the motion , this paper proposes a method for switching tracks , the movement of the truss attributed to short stroke and long stroke two kinds of little positioning process , according to the itinerary of different models to establish a different system , so select a different sport trace curve . Finally truss XY positioning platform, the trajectory planning method validated by experiment results show that the smaller residual vibration in ensuring the following error with the smaller premise, optimize exercise time , improve equipment efficiency . The motion control system and trajectory planning method has been Huazhong University of Dongguan ITRI RFID tag packaging production line HZTAL-N3000 has been successfully applied to meet the performance requirements of the equipment to get good results .
