In this study, based on the transformation of Chinese society interpersonal communication barriers specific context, drawing on existing Western research interpersonal communication ability, combined with Chinese cultural context, confined to a specific spread levels - interpersonal communication, trying to build a strong relationship between high-context The conceptual structure of the quality of interpersonal communication, and develop practical action for interpersonal communication quality measurement scale. In this paper, the quality of interpersonal communication concept consists of two levels of quality: quality of character qualities and abilities. Character qualities which are present study proposed initiative, specifically including the \Ability and quality structure consists of three dimensions: the \Constituted by a number of indicators of each dimension, mainly based on existing theoretical models and methods of measurement integrated presentation. This study only explore the traditional face to face interpersonal communication behavior in interpersonal communication quality of the composition, and therefore do not involve non-face interpersonal communication that are involved, such as the ability to use the media and other qualities. The samples were mainly from urban communities, rural communities are not included in the scope of the investigation.
