With the development of economic globalization , the world is becoming smaller flattened cross-border business has become a trend ; against multinational companies, their supply chain layout has gradually evolved into a global supply chain , supply chain the supplier management has step by step into upper management 's attention , and gradually penetrate the daily management of enterprises ; Professor Michael Porter five forces competition theory proposes that the supplier is an important competitiveness of enterprises , is to determine the long-term development lifeline key ring. Paper introduces the purpose and significance of this thesis , the main content ; followed by paper describes the basic theory and research status include related concepts and supply chain and supply chain management under vendor research situation ; secondly papers point to understand the status of Company F and supplier management problems: the current situation surrounding the F Company started using the SWOT tool for F Company implemented Lean supplier management strengths , weaknesses, opportunities and threats are analyzed and leads to F in supplier management problems mainly : supplier selection criteria are not clear, suppliers offer relatively high, supplier delivery delays , no supplier performance evaluation system management and supplier relationships and the theory and practice of disarray is not closely linked , etc. ; immediately down separately for authors present problems raised in front of the corresponding solutions and measures that Company F optimize supplier management measures , including the use of various types of data analysis, comparative law and case analysis method to optimize the countermeasures for eleven analysis ; final article pointed out that the F suppliers in implementation of lean management methods needed to support environment, points out the F Corporation in implementing Lean supplier management needs in management philosophy, supplier management system platform for the establishment and improvement of supplier evaluation index system build, centralized purchasing and information sharing , etc. to give full support.
