With the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the establishment and launch 3G construction , reform and development of China's telecommunications industry entered a new phase. The next few years , the company will face increased competition , 3G construction, information technology into a series of challenges and opportunities for industrialization . Wuhan Hongxin how companies in the new competitive environment, the development of rational competitive strategy, enabling the company to maintain long-term stable development, is the significance of this major study . This model is based on strategic analysis : environmental analysis, strategy formulation and strategic assessment of the three aspects of the company's competitive strategy were analyzed . First by the environment of today's communications industry to analyze the external environment analysis process, the main use of the PEST ( political, economic, social, cultural and technological ) and Porter's five forces model theory to identify the Wuhan Hongxin faced opportunities and threats . In the internal environment analysis , using a theoretical analysis of the value chain, opportunities and threats facing the company . Then through the SWOT analysis , to develop the company's competitive strategy, and a little evaluation . Finally, we use growth - share matrix to analyze the company's portfolio strategy . Through the above analysis results of the company 's competitive strategy based mainly on cost leadership , value innovation , supplemented , while the company level strategy and functional strategies are at the core of the company to develop competitive strategies . According to strategy formulation enables companies to motivate the competitive environment remains competitive advantage. But the company in the future implementation of the strategy process there are still more innovation and organizational restructuring deficiencies need to be improved after the increase , remain competitive.
